Universal Fidelity - Will say anything
Very hostile on the phone.I wound up hanging up which I should've done in the first place.
They told me that they would contact my employer and get their money that way. Last time I checked they weren't the government! I had a written document stating that 70% of the payment would be waived if I paid the remaining balance. They didn't believe me, so I dug up the letter and read it word for word they told me the letter was saying I had to pay 70%.
No, my math tells me that I am responsible for the remaining balance which is 30%. The nasty operator told me this was my last chance and not to call her. I told her that I didn't call her in the first place and hung up.
What a way to start my morning.The best advice is to let the phone ring!
